As the year drew to a close, puzzle and riddle game aficionados on iOS in the United States were treated to a variety of mind-bending experiences. Sensor Tower offers a glimpse into how the top games in this genre fared during the fourth quarter of 2023.

Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles, published by UNICO STUDIO, showed a steady revenue trend with a peak at approximately $8.5K in early December. Downloads surged to over 100K in mid-October and late December, while weekly active users peaked at 440K in the last week of the year.

The Cyprus-based SayGames LTD brought players DOP 5: Delete One Part, which, despite not generating revenue, saw its downloads peak at 150K in early October, and its weekly active users hit a high of over 200K in mid-October.

TapNation's Thief Puzzle: to pass a level had its highest number of weekly active users in late December with nearly 150K, even though the game did not earn revenue. Downloads reached over 71K in the same period, showing a notable increase.
